The ELFA presents a web seminar on the Federal Reserve/Department of Treasury TALF - Term Asset-Backed Securities Loan Facility. Join us on Tuesday, May 12, 2009 at 1pm EDT as we convene a panel of experts to discuss the Federal Government's effort to jump start the securitization market for commercial and consumer loans, including equipment leases and loans through the Term Asset- Backed Securities Loan Facility of "TALF." Panelists will discuss the mechanics, legal requirements and market acceptance of this new federal program.
